Well… all I can say is that this last DUI offense and subsequent alcohol rehab situation is a truly sad situation.  This poor girl has been crying out for help and doesn’t seem to have gotten any yet despite all of her fame and money.  In case you haven’t heard… Lindsay Lohan wrecked her car in Bevery Hills early Friday morning drunk, and the police officers found some cocaine in the vehicle.  This was after she was rumoured to have been involved in a fight at a party earlier that evening.

 Lindsay Lohan has struggled with alcohol and drug abuse for some time and this is not her first DUI offense.  This girl is only 20 years old… technically not even old enough to drink yet.  What a shame.  It seems that all the people around her have such a financial interest in propping her up and ensuring that she continues to make movies so that they continue to get paid even if it means neglecting the poor girls health.

I know this blog is meant to share DUI tips and strategies to get out of the offense (when you’ve been wrongly accused) but in this case it is deserved and she needs help.  At least she’s checked herself into a rehab center; it is rumoured to be the famous “Promises” center in Malibu but that is not yet confirmed.

Well… it has officially opened! 

All I can say is that I’ve been working my tail off trying to coordinate all the services that this membership site (The DUI Law Center) is performing for our lucky members.  I’ve recruited a TOP NOTCH staff to answer questions, and provide ongoing content.  I’ve honestly never felt this way before… people are RAVING about how much this has helped them :-) 

It’s a real motivator to keep providing this service and to continue to fight this fight and make sure that we are providing the proper checks and balances to the DUI system.  It’s nice when I get to hear about how someone saved a bunch of money from the information they got from this site, or how they got that new job from the information that was provided regarding DUI record clearing and/or DUI background checks.

Well, enough about me glowing about the good feelings that I have about this.  I have the emails, written testimonials, etc… to reflect on when I want to ‘toot my own horn’ and feel good.

At any case I think the membership is pretty much capped as I’m pretty busy with emails and dealing with the website maintenance at this point.  I don’t think there is much room for many others in here as there is NO WAY that I could service many more people, unless I hired a few more DUI Lawyers to field questions, etc…  and that is out of our reach at this point.

So to all of those that have joined and participated thank you very much… I hope you have gotten at least 10x your contribution as you know that is my goal… and to those who have not yet joined, stay tuned membership spots may open up if any of the current members exit the program due to solving their problems.
