Anyway, i’ve been getting a ton of questions and I’m furiously busy trying to individually answer them all!
I knew alot of people wanted to participate and receive more info and help share info with each other but the sheer amount of emails and questions I’ve been getting was OVERWHELMING to say the least…
As promised here’s the first bit of info for you. I’m going to keep putting out as many of these short reports as I can to try and help as many people as possible.
I have a bunch of other more in-depth reports currently being worked on as well as discount partnerships in the mix for you as well.
More and more ’stuff’ keeps popping up that I can do to help and I’m working on it…
Anyway here’s the 1st bit;
It’s a free PDF report that you can grab by visiting this link:

This report answers 1 of the most common questions I kept getting in regards to DUI background checks.
I truly hope this helps.

all i an say is THANKS! this and your email really show me how much you care. the info was very helpful. the only queston i still have is mainly the one i just emailed you about drivers licenses.
I am thankful that there are some who understand what a scam and what a greedy revenue maker this DUI system has become!
My husband and I had a fight, I did go by the package shop and purchased a pint, then I went and parked at my church. After a while, an officer came by. I told him I had called my sister and left a voice mail. He said, “Okay. Lock your doors.” and left. A couple of hours later, another officer came by. He began interrogating me and making me feel defensive and guilty. I had not moved my vehicle for four hours!!! The officer from earlier showed up and I was being charged with DUI rather than him verifying that he had seen me in the same exact spot earlier in the evening! They would not call the preacher to ask if it was okay for me to be there, nor would they find out whether my sister had come home. At this point, I was ready to call my husband but they only allowed me to do that after they had taken me to jail, put me through all the “booking procedures” and put me in a holding cell. To top that off, I hired the sorriest lawyer in the state of Georgia. She never stated that I was not driving AT ALL after I took a drink and they could not prove that I had. She threw me in front of the bus and stood there while I was sentenced to license suspension, jail time, fines, etc. because I had also been charged in my home county three years earlier in my CARPORT for DUI! That’s a whole other story, just as bogus, but once they have you in their radar, forget about it! They’re going to make some money!
Had I been trying to “pull the wool” over Johnnie Law’s eyes, I would have parked on the dead-end road beside the church that leads in to a pasture or at least off to the side of the church away from the road where I would not have been seen!
Now, I am in a financial and emotional turmoil. Something needs to be done about these local yokels who get caught shoplifting but stay on the force, are being investigated for planting drugs on people, or, the one I love most, the local Magistrate who goes to the club and drinks consistently every evening for 30 years and finally gets a DUI when the State Patrol pops him! How can they stand behind their badges/titles and pass judgement? As far as the MADD and SADD organizations, I am sure there are members who are sincere, but are being so bamboozled by statistics or jaded by persoanl experiences, they have no real-world perspectives!
What now, Tim? Thank you very much for your empathy and efforts! Is there some way to help you with your endeavors?

I just wanted to stp by and show my appreication. you have gone way beyond what i’d expected already. i’d pay for future updates if youd still be willing to be putting out more.
my story is that i got pulled over while coming back from my nieces birthday party. i had 2 beers while there and actually refused to drink more because i knew i was going to drive and wanted to be responsible.
the cop pulled me over for supposedly going too slow!!!! you believe that? he said i was doing 50 in a 65!!! i never knew it was a crime to go slower than the speed limit. i have a lawyer and i showed him your materials and he was thoroughly impressed. anyway you’ve helped me tremendously and i thank you. please let us know how to assist you for doing this.
Donna
first just to say thanks. i got alot of good info in the pdf file. 1 question that i still have is how do i clear my criminal record? do i have to order the books on the main page to find out? i have not bought anythng yet but would be willing if it would help me. thanks.
i agree with the above posters i’d be willing to pay for any more updates if you can answer my questions. at least someone cares.
Thanks for all of the information Tim! Fortunately, my son’s DUI (charged December 2005) still does not appear on any background check although he has received letters from NC DMV. He is licensed in VA and they have not found out about it yet. Will this continue? We’re always nervous with any information in the mail from DMV or Insurance Carrier.
I also appreciate the inofrmation. I do have a question. I know that I have to pay the DMV and get the interlock. My suspension is up on Nov 1st. How do I obtain my priviledges. The DMV already has the 508 form from the program I was attending ( they told me that I have not been technically convicted of the charges. I am very confused. I would love to purchase the manuals, but my $$$$ is so tied up I can barely breathe…..Please advise
Like everyone else, I am thankful for all of the information you provide concerning DUI charges. My DUI was expunged last year, however I was still required to take ADSAP courses in order to get my drivers license back. No one notified me of this — I thought because it was expunged, that my life could continue on as if this never occured, but have found out the hard way that this is not the case. I was pulled over 4 months ago for speeding and told that my license was suspended because I had not completed the ADSAP classes. I had no idea i was supposed to complete those classes, like i said my case had been thrown out, and now this expunged charge is coming back to haunt me and is causing more frustration for me and my family than is necessary….so I guess my question is how can this be fair???
thanks — kg
thanks for everything tim!! i would love to help you with this. email me or call me at 704-567-8901 to discuss.
once again thanks for everyting.

? FOR: TIM —– JUST TRYING TO COME UP WITH SOMTHING TO HELP USE ALL OUT IN THE DUI LAWS,,,I WAS SITING BACK WATCHING TV SEE ALL THE COMERALS AND TALK SHOWS WELL HOW ABOUT LOOKING INTO SOMTHING LIKE THAT, I,AM SHORE WE WILL ALL DONATE, I THANK THE DUI LAWS ARE VERY UNFAIR AND VERY DAMAGEING TO ARE RECORDES, IT MIGHT BE A STEP ,I LIVE IN FL AND THE LAWS HERE ARE VERY HARSH I HAVE A HOUSE AND TWO CARS BUT CAN,T GET AROUND TO WORK SO I CAN KEEP IT ALL WELL GOT TO GO AND GOOD LUCK EVERY ONE!
i agree with rich i live in fl too. the dui laws are unfair. i am trying to look for work my self. we do not have much public transpotation. i have paid my punishment why should this huant me for the rest of my life ( 75 yrs is too long to have this on any bodies record. worse crimes than this get erased after a peroid of time.
i went to treatment and i am in recovery. i do have an online support system. i want the right to be a productive member of society. This has effected my ablity to get a job. i don’t want this to haunt me for ever.
thanks
I live in MN I have had 6 dwi’s but my last one was in 1985. I still have a B card which it states on the back that if I ever drink a single drink, no matter where I am at, I could be way up north in the booney’s and someone saw me take a drink and reported it to the dmv then my license could be taken away. It has been 21 years since my last dwi so if anyone knows how to get this off my record please let me know.
I’m Currently residing in VA and two weeks ago I was arrested. The next day I began looking for information, I wanted to know everything there is to know about a DUI here. I asked friends and read statutes. All of it was helpful but confusing and most didnt apply to me. I found the DUI Process website and it has turned everything around for me. I bought and read the Manual, dmv flow of info, feild sobriety test secrets all already. All of the information was organized, explained in a way in which it was easy to read, and extremely helpful, I had no idea we could do all the things suggested. It really changed my outlook about the whole situation. I began to see some hope and now I’m implementing the steps to better my situation. I cannot say enough for you and your team, you all do excellent work and we are all extremelly fortunate to have you on our side. Thank you over and again.
I have just been arrested for my 4th dui. I am so embarrased and humiliated. In the state of Mn the 4th in 10 years is a felony. I am facing a year in jail no question. I am going to lose my job, and eventually my life. I am suicidal about all of this and know i cant live through another dui. I am 31 years old, and caught “in the System”……in northern minnesota if you recieve 1 dui you are well known and targeted. It is a small area anf]d everyone knows everyone else, so you are damned.
I really dont know what to do…….
Good luck to you Brendan! [in MN] This is the insanity of these DUI laws! Skeeter’s situation is also a good example! For everyone else ; take a look at a local news website in Minneapolis. Go to: - kare11.com and click to local stories. There is a 3 day series of actual people who get DUI’s along with video. Everyone they’ve shown, do not appear intoxicated or impaired! But according to the law, you no longer have to be impaired under the law! Just .08! What a bunch of “BS”! So why are we fighting in Iraq and Afganistan??? For “Freedom”??? What freedom??? I think Saddam, Hitler & Stalin would love our “Police State” which America becomes every friday & saturday night! Tim in Minnesota
I have a friend that has been convicted of a second dui. He was sitting in his car, and was house sitting for an old girlfriend, when she decided she would call from work, and then call the police for them to escort him home. She did ask him if he was drinking, he admitted that he had had some beers, as he alway does. He had seen her drink wine with her antidepressants every time she took them. She has stopped drinking wine about three weeks prior to this happening. Maybe withdrawals???
She told the police, he was an invited guest, and then an uninvited guest, and wanted him removed from the premises without notifying him until she pulled up behind the police, as she came from work. He is always fine tuning his vehicles, was sitting behind the wheel with the keys in the passenger seat. He had started the car previously to check something he had been working on, plus it was cold outside, so he sat there for a minute, and kept warm while checking on this repair. Since he was sitting behind the wheel, in the state of Tennessee (the harsest laws in the US), all the police officer had to do was put his hand on the hood of the car, which was still luke warm, with the keys in the passenger seat, and him sitting in the drivers seat, he is automatically guilty! The police officer has the call on this, but guess what, he has a damsel in distress, and since he had a previous dui two years prior, it was of course on the record. We don’t know what else she told the officers, just because she didn’t have the nerve to just tell him to his face to please leave, but to put him in the position of a second dui, when she drank and drove many times. He vowed never to drink and drive again, but guess what, he was sitting behind the wheel without the keys in the ignition, and was not going to drive, but a warm hood did it by the Tenn laws. He did not know the laws had changed from his first dui charge, and since he wasn’t going to drive again while drinking, he didn’t need to know!
OF course like everyone else, he is in a financial bind, and with a mandatory 45, and up to 11 months and 29 day jail sentence, he could loose his job that he has held for 12 years, as a caregiver at the hospital. Never have I seen someone so docil and giving. Even going to see patients who call to see them at their homes while they are on their death beds. SO, there you go, the judge will not hear all the good, or his side because they said this judge goes by the law, and what the police officer says in teh report will most likely be what will be done in sentencing. By the way he refused teh sobriety test, because when they stopped to arrest him, he thought he was not guilty, and then they proceeded to take him to the hospital for a blood test, and the officer said he was automatically guilty if he did not submit to testing, so him thinking he was not guilty, he took the blood test. Having not eaten, and taking time to get him to the hospital to take the test, his blood alcohol was .24. His attorney said if he would have refused the test, he would have just had a year suspended or revoked license. But, he didn’t know the laws, and thought they coldn’t arrest him for a dui because he wasn’t driving. He has an attorney, but every one says in the state of Tenn that it is probably cut and dry with his blood alcohol level being .24, so does anyone out there know of another attorney, that will actually fight, and not just take the money and run??? His court date has been extended until July 30th, 2007.
Thank you all, and good luck with your fight.
A friend
