California 78 Hour Online DUI Education Class (SB-38 18 Month Non-Resident DUI Program)
This class is specifically for people who received a DUI in the state of California, but live in another state and need to complete the 78 hour (18 month) program to satisfy the courts in California. If you live in California you CANNOT take an online DUI class to satisfy the state requirement. All California residents must take a local DUI class in California to satisfy the state of California.
Our class is completely self-guided and you can complete it on your schedule in the comfort of your own home. Once you have completed your final exam your official certificate will be mailed out to you by the shipping method you choose below. If you have a pending court date and need your certificate faster we do offer Express Mail or Priority Mail shipping for an additional fee. The cost of <strong>our 78 hour DUI class is just $1,099.00</strong> which includes our standard First Class Mail shipping option.
How the Online DUI Class Works
Step 1: Register for the class you need to take and complete the checkout process.
Step 2: After checkout you will receive an email that contains your purchase receipt and a link to your class. Make sure you keep this receipt until you have completed your class.
Step 3: Complete each lesson and all of the quizzes. A passing grade of 70% is required on each quiz before you may move on to the next chapter.
Step 4: After completing all of the chapters just take the final exam. A passing grade of 70% or better is required on the final. Once you complete the class the official “Certificate of Completion” you will be prompted to send us an email to request your certificate. Once we receive this email from you we will send your certificate to you by standard First Class Mail unless you decide to upgrade your shipping.
